Privacy, in plain language

What we collect

• Names, email addresses, and (optionally) phone numbers you enter for your family.
• Course information you provide: schedules, syllabi and outlines you upload, grades you or your student record, and photos of marked work you choose to snap.
• What the product itself generates: practice quiz questions, your student's answers, mastery scores, check-in responses, and the weekly digests we send you.

How it's used

• To run the weekly rhythm: generate practice quizzes, track mastery, and write your family's digest. Course content and answers are processed by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) strictly to produce these features.
• Messages are sent through our email/SMS providers (Resend, Twilio) to the addresses you gave us — and every message has a one-click off switch.

What we never do

• No ads, no selling or sharing data with data brokers — ever.
• No training AI models on your family's data.
• We never contact your student's school or teacher — drafted teacher notes exist for you to send if you choose.
• Nothing is public. Progress share links exist only when you create them, and you can turn them off any time.

Your controls

• Export: download everything as JSON from Settings, any time.
• Delete: Settings has a full, permanent delete — every course, quiz, grade, and message, plus your login. It works immediately and completely.
• Quiet: every email and text has an unsubscribe link, and quiet weeks pause everything.
